
Walker E. Robinson is the Founder and President of the Prometheus Security Project. His research covers artificial intelligence (AI), unmanned systems, great power competition, Chinese AI systems, U.S.-China-Taiwan relations, U.S. national security, critical infrastructure, and emerging technology policy.
Walker holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs with a concentration in United States Foreign Policy and National Security from American University's School of International Service and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Lehigh University. His published works include "China's AI Ambitions and U.S. Competition" (AFPC, 2025), "To Defend Taiwan, America Needs To Upgrade Its Defense-Industrial Base" (The National Interest, 2024), and "Energy Is the Achilles' Heel of Taiwan's National Security" (Newsweek, 2024).
